    Train anywhere, anytime with fully personalised support. This option includes your own custom training program, food journal feedback, Monday–Friday coaching via message, and detailed check-ins every 4 weeks. Everything is delivered through my coaching app, where you can track your workouts, progress, and nutrition—all in one place.

  • Hybrid Coaching $110 Per Week

    The best of both worlds: in-person and online. Includes 1 weekly face-to-face session with me at the gym in Bennetts Green, plus 3–4 additional gym sessions programmed for you to complete independently. Access your personalised training plan, exercise demo videos, and food journal coaching through my app. Perfect for those who want hands-on support and flexibility.

  • Face-to-Face Sessions Starting at $70

    Limited spots available for in-person training at Bennetts Green. These 45-minute sessions are all about form, intensity, and real-time feedback. I’ll guide you through every rep so you feel confident, strong, and motivated with each session.
